Membership in GODO is voluntary and open to any individual aged 18 or above, of sound mind, who is ready to join hands in supporting and promoting our vision, mission and objectives.
Types of Membership
Founder Members — Members who took the initiative to establish the Organization.
Ordinary Members — Members who join the Organization after its establishment.
Honorary Members — Awarded to individuals recognized for outstanding contributions to the community and to GODO's objectives.
Member Rights
- To elect and be elected into leadership positions (except honorary members)
- The right to be heard, and to attend the General Meeting
- To participate in all Organization activities
- To receive updates on the Organization's progress and activities
Member Obligations
- To pay fees prescribed by the General Meeting
- To attend all meetings requiring their presence
- To participate in planned Organization activities
- To keep confidential all internal matters and decisions
How Membership May End
Membership ceases through resignation; expulsion for misconduct or failure to follow the Constitution; failing to attend three consecutive General Meetings without reasonable cause; incapacity due to a mental health condition; failure to pay subscription fees for three years; or death.
How to Join
